I have come to the realization that tomorrow is Friday the 13th- I think it sounds like the perfect day to watch scary old movies- you know the kind that are so old they actually make you laugh :)
I am trying to covince D- he is not a big fan of scary movies!
I am sitting at work today wondering why i allow myself to work in a place like this- i mean I love many things about it ,but it is not challengeing for me. I am constantly bored all day long- i just don' have enough to do with my time. I told D the other day I feel like I spend my days trapped in a box- I feel like I am a rat stuck on the wheel-
there is just so little to do during the day and I have no work to do to keep be busy.- I sit alone and fart around on the internet and watch TV- you think i would love getting paid for that - but honestly it just makes me stir crazy and feel worthless! I need more going on w/ my day to keep me from loosing my mind.
This weekend should be filled with painting- I have decided to paint my kitchen red- it will likely take forever- (several coats of paint) even though the wall space is limited. I am very much looking forward to the finished product however.
I have really been enjoying fixing my home up. We have been working a little at a time on different rooms. when we moved in our whole house was pretty much painted the same color a calming mellow yellow- it was nice but it gets boring in pretty much every room. So we lived with it for a while but now we are starting to paint room by room. We just did our bedroom about two weeks ago we painted it a gray blue (3 walls) and a midnight blue for an acent wall. It looks amazing. NOw on to the kitchen- RED!!! I have always wanted a red kitchen. Next things we will begin working on is our basement. We are going to paint it a tan color and do a cedar wall for an accent- very manly and lodgeish for my hubby.
I would also like to paint our living room but we are still debating on the color- any ideas?? :) we have black leather furniture :) ....
well i best go find some more coffee
