Wow, how things change.
Yesterday I was reading the recent posts here at thoughts, and I was enjoying the on going stories, from the writers. I was reading the heart felt pain from some who are suffering life's trials.
But this morning I come to the recent posts and I could swear that I was reading my local newspaper all over again!
Don't missunderstand, everyone here has the right to voice their opinions. but to just quoting the newspaper or CNN news is a slap in our faces, because we know how to read. If you feel the urge to make a headline known to the site, at least give a good and thorough defining opinion of why you want to point this headline out.
While I'm here, this is for GEO and any others who would like to be added to my friends list. Write me an e-mail and let me know who you are and I will certainly be willing to write back. But I am a sensitive old fart, and if you block your profile from me, then I can not find out about you, and I want to know that you are the kind of person to have on a friends list.
I want to talk with everyone myself, and I want to help resolve problems or just give someone the chance to talk privately. But I will always want to be able to read what you think about yourself, to make sure that we have something in common.
Heck most of the people here today, will not be reading this post that I have made. Those who do are most likely not going to leave a comment.
Many more are only here to hear themselves speak, but not everyone will want to be my friend!
Those who need to talk personally with me should understand that I am ready to hear from you, but if you want to be friends then I expect you to be open and honest, and show me something of yourself.
If you read tmy recent postings or you go back through my archieves, then you will see that I am a very open, but emotional guy, and I am not afraid to print what I feel.
That's what brought me to thoughts.com in the first place. The open and honest feelings of other people I saw posting here.
I am worried for the world, and every person alive, but that doesn't mean there isn't anyone here, that is just on a virus spreading agenda.
So GEO and all others who want to have me on their friends list, make sure you have a profile for me to read, because I can't go back thirty pages of the recent posts to find out about you.
(this computer is still on dial-up and is as slow as molasses in february.
