 A moment in the sun

It was a beautiful sunrise this morning and it brought warmth to my face. I was watching the moon set in the west as I was watching the sun rise in the east, and somehow everything felt right.
It was one of those moments when nothing is pressing upon me and my day promises to be a good day, and all is right in my world.
So many days I have had to suffer and times of rest come few and far between, so moments like this are precious to me and I savor them to the fullest.
These are the times I would like to share with anyone and everyone because I feel so greedy to have them all to myself.
Then again don't we all deserve to have moments like this to ourselves?
The morning was coming to life as the birds were busy singing and searching for breakfeast.
They almost seem to smile and greet me as they went about their business, but would take a moment to investigate me.
The bunnies were blinking their eyes as they were growing tired and were about to go to bed. They too saw me and watched me as I walked about my yard, but they didn't run from me as they knew I was no-threat to them.
It is moments such as this that makes me feel that everything is going to be all right with the world, and that all my worldly problems don't really amount to much after all.

The clouds are very inviting as they float ed so gently above, they are making funny shapes and I am totally engrossed trying to figure out what they remind me of.

I have seen a sailing ship and an airplane and I saw a funny old man with a hat on. I never grow tired of looking for things in the clouds, as I never grow tired of meeting new people.

Sometimes I wonder just who may be on the next mile looking towards the clouds and seeing the things I am seeing. I think it would be so cool to like meet someone that lives near and that we could strike up a conversation about the clouds and then have them describe the shapes they saw and that we saw the same things.

It tears at my heart when people can't see things in the same way, and they become so insensed with the differences of others.
If they could only feel my heart this morning they would feel the warmth the sun has given me, and with that the warmth I have for life. They would not feel threatened in any way, and they could relax within themselves.
I like anyone, hate it when things are taken away from me. Like when my daughter was taken away from this life, but I do love to share what all I have with others. When asked I would give my right hand to help.
I apologize for repeating myself but this bears repeating.

Martin Luther King Jr once said:
"The only time you should look down upon your fellow man, is when you are reaching down to give him a hand up."

This is how I live my life. It is the base of my deepest emotion, and it is the way in which I face each and every day.
I look for ways to help us all. I look for special situations in which I might be of some help to someone in particular.
There is no-greater love than the love I have for all, and it is with this love I greet those I meet.
They may not always know it but I am here doing what I can not just for my betterment, but for the betterment of all.

I do my daily tasks saving as much as I can on using fossil fuels. I try to keep my total energy use to a level that meets my needs without being pigish. I conserve where I can, and there are the times I go without because that would be selfish.

Yes the sun is shining upon me again this morning and for that I am greatful. Another day, another chance to give, another chance to love!

Love & Peace,
John

You got some depth in those creeky bones and aching back that I find admirable. You are a soul man! God bless you and thank you for making my evening brighter. Keep on writing soul man!
