I'm skipping over a lot here, I mean it's 7 years worth of crap. But, I feel like he's using the system to abuse me all over again. It never ends it seems.  What is up with that? He so didn't want to be married to me or have kids. Now he is free and I have a wonderful husband and am happy, but he needs to get back at me.

Anyway, the latest saga...he didn't return the kids as he was supposed to.  Did you know that the police can't do anything?  Now you do. It is a civil agreement after all.  So he didn't bring back his property(and that's what they said) You need to go back to court to get a contempt order, then ask the judge to issue a warrant, and THEN you can get him for kidnapping.  But all of this costs money.....and I have children to raise and a life to get on with and bills to pay and debts from legal bills to pay.  Where do thousands of dollars come from? I don't know.

He did finally return them...but will he keep them next time?  Do you know that even if he kidnaps them again, it is only a misdemeanor even if I can get charges pressed on him?

Legal aid had no openings.  He has money(his family does) my family doesn't want to die on this financial hill.  How sad.

So, he gets away with it. Again.

I sent him a nasty email--well, not cursing or anything, just very like you need to knock it off--basically he told the kids they could decide to live with him--they are 8,10 and 12.  Now, if I said that, my ass would be sued off. 
But again, he can get away with it because he has money.  

So, his LAWYER sends my husband a truly nasty gram.  Insults his religious beliefs, threatens him with criminal charges(for what?) and on and on. How can this happen in America?  What is up with that?

So I call the Bar Association. They can't do anything they claim because she isn't my lawyer.  Wow.

So basically, anybody can do anything?  I mean, what DOES one have to do to get arrested in America? There are plenty of people in jail.  He's abused children, abused me, made terroristic threats, stalked me, slandered and harrassed my husband, and got his lawyer to do this, made threats against my children etc.  And, it seems nobody wants to get involved in this domestic crap.

Nobody. So, where does that leave my kids and I?  This zero tolerance crap is just that. Crap.  Nobody does it. It doesn't work.
