Every woman need to know that when you make decisions based on making others happy, you will never be happy yourself.  As soon as you decide to make your own life choices everything in your world changes.  I spent well over half of my life letting other people make my decisions for me.  Then one day I woke up and discovered that I wasn't happy with my life because my life up to that point was based on making those around me happy not myself.  It was when I woke up and decided to choose to change my life and make it the life that I wanted that I began to feel empowered in life.  I choose to start my own business, instead of continuing to work in a job that didn't work for me or my family any more.  You see I went to school for 4 years and earned my degree in nursing, I worked as a nurse for over 10 years when I discovered that it was not truly my passion.  So instead of continuing on that path, I made a decision to change.  The best decision I have ever made in my life... I started my own business.  Being a women entrepreneur has taught me so many things.  Things I wish I would have been taught in school somewhere along the line... another topic for another day.  But my point is not to complain about the past but to look forward to my future and inspire you to do the same.  Where are you at in life?  If you keep doing what you are doing and change nothing, where will you be 5 years from now?  Where would you like to be 5 years from now?  Then take action and change it!  Enough blaming, complaining, and being negative.  Come up with a plan to change your life and do it!!  It really isn't that hard, it just takes a little bit of effort on a daily basis.  You have the power to make your life different.  You do have many, many choices and don't let anyone tell you that it's ok to be miserable in what you do, because it is not.  No amount of money in the world will ever get you back the years of your life that you spent every day at a job you hate!  Make a decision to change, that's the first step!!
