I do realize in life that not everyone has a personal mission statement... but I do. I have adopted it from Ghandi who says "Be the change you wish to see in the world". I think it would be great if all people had personal mission statements for life. Wouldn't it give us a little more direction in life, in reaching our goals... goals? Lets go there for a second. Did you know that that chances of reaching your goals jump to 70% from 7% just by writing them down. How many people do you know who actually have goals in life? Shouldn't we all? Should we be ok with floating along in life to one day wake up on our death bed with regret... You really need to ask yourself... where do I want to be 5 years from now? Also, if I keep doing what I am doing, where will I be 5 years from now. That's a scary one to answer, because chances are, most people, just like ground hog day will end up in the exact same place as they are now. In order to figure out where you want to go, you need to look at where you are. What do you need to do differently? More often then not, it is little things we do every day that will bring us the most success. For example, I have built my business over the last few years, simply by cutting daily T.V. watching out of my life. Do you know how much extra time this gives a person in a day? And wouldn't I rather be working on my own dreams and goals in life, than watching those on T.V. fulfill their dreams! We often look at people who are extremely successful and look at it as luck that got them to where they are, or extremely hard work. Often times though it is merely changing daily habits so that they support the goals you have in mind. For example, if you have a goal to run a marathon, no amount of luck would allow you to do it... and working extremely hard by running for 5 hours every Saturday wouldn't work either. It is the daily decision to go out for a run that gets you to your marathon... and the process begins first by walking.... |

I love it!!!!!!!
I grew a very successful business and let me tell you I'm all about that TV thing it has got to go, I have always called it The electronic income reducer and not only that it takes away so many precious hours from your family.
