 A proud moment!

Today in my campus mail I received a letter in a pink envelope with swirly cursive writing. Who would take the time for that, I wondered? I also had a notice that a package was waiting for me at the mail center... so I had to take a detour to my class and walk down a long corridor to the mail room. As I waited for them to find my package (not even taking the time to pull out my ID- as they already know me by name... or rather "the girl who constantly mails to France") I opened up the delicate envelope to find a sweet letter from a young girl:

"Hey! Here is a picture of Pez and me at Champ Show. I think we did a good job together- just like you said we would! Next year we plan on rocking the coliseum. Well, we will give it a good try anyway. I know with your help Pez and I can do anything. Hope you are liking college and that you are feeling well! Keep in touch. I look up to and admire you. Your student and friend, Hayley."

Attached I found the photo of Hayley on my first "project horse." I got him when he was untrained and taught him everything he knows- then sold him and taught the young girl how to ride (for her very first time) and have been giving her lessons ever since.
