Oh my does this ever sound familiar. Stopped the therapy appts, continued the psych appts, just not caring anymore, fighting to fill the daytime hours, looking forward to the nighttime in order to escape!!! The monotony of it all, ugh!
I'm trying to make changes. For instance seeing therapist...

I'm not adopted, but I've never known my biological father. People, til this day, ask me things like...Aren't you curious? Why not? I know who he is, and I know a few things about him. But even after my rather rough upbringing, I have no desire to "get to know him". Nothing will change the fact...
