I've made it through 1st day of college! So much to absorb but so much went out!
Got up early this morning, sent the girls to school (Saturday replacement class) had breakfast with my wife at a stall to kill time as it was still another hour to 9am. Finally entered the college just before 9 and waited 15 minutes for the admin staff to report for work at the counter. Surprise! My class was rescheduled to afternoon 2 to 7pm and the college apologised for not informing me! Well, what's done done, so I went home and waited.
When class actually started at 2pm I was among 29 part timers, all working adults. The lecturer was good and went through the lesson like a train, reminding us that we were there not to learn English but how to teach the English language. Thank goodness she allowed 2 tea breaks cos at one time I was almost succumbing to drowsiness.
Lesson was really interesting but I'm sure the assignments will pose a real challenge to old timer like me..

Don't worry it was only the first time...Once your brain has started to get used to study again you'll find it easier. Greeting for your lovely wife and your 2 pretty daughters (I've seen the pics). By the way, do you speak Malay? Other than English, I also speak Indonesian and Javanese.

Thanks JR, need all the power that's available! Yes, Gwatlan, I do speak Malay. But I have some difficulty understanding Indonesian eventhough they're pretty similar.
