Don't know if u will read this before getting the jab. Believe me till today I'm still scared of needles but if I MUST to go through it then I would. But, I will not look at the doc or nurse preparing the syringe, and I'd try to think of something else while they find the right spot to jab....

Thanks Gwatlan I'm so much better now after going to a diferent doctor. Maybe I ought to change my spring matteress - having it for 18 years already.
