Thanks Hollis. I'm okay now after taking the prescribed muscle relaxant. I believe my backache is the result of me sitting on my sofa while reading and typing away blogs on the coffee table. My sitting posture is very bad that when I eventually get up for a glass of water the lower back muscle...

Yes, Gwatlan, I converted the wave file to mp3 and when I played it in my notebook it was fine, till I uploaded it. Maybe the conversion software didn't do a proper job. Will make another attempt again..
