We all need to be able to see and feel beyond our normal senses like the assistant. It may be just a chat, a little time sacrificed or just a little extra effort but it'll make a great impact to the other party. What little good we do now we should do twice as much the next time!

I know just how you feel about your best friend being sooo negative. I have a close friend just like that. But worse than that. Whenever I share my problems with him, he would impatiently wait for me to finish and immediately discharge a volley of negativity and his own problems - my own problems...
