Blood test result
I got my test result on Monday last week but was too busy and tired to post it, what with the front of my home being renovated and some furnitures had to be covered with unused curtains and bedsheets.

Well, it was really good to know what my blood could tell me. My sugar level is within healthy range. So are my kidneys and my hepatitis B's immunity still present. But, my cholesterol's a little on the high side, so I have to work on it.

Doc told me I should take more oats and I said I love oats. I normally mix condensed milk into my oats and really enjoy it. Immediately she shrieked, 'Noo! Don't use condense milk! Don't you know it's the worst thing you could do to your body?' Now, how in the world could I eat plain oats, or eat oats with powdered milk? It just isn't the same!

Anyone out there, please, tell me you have a great recipe for oats!

soy milk? applesauce?sound good? or dried cranberies,dried apple slices,granola, vanilla yogurt.Bet you can think of others

I like to cook my oatmeal porridge by using fresh skim milk and serving it with honey on top or a sprinkle of brown sugar. Sometimes I add dried sultanas into the porridge.

I think condense milk is much too sweet....Good to know that you had quite a good result for your blood test.
