 Fat and Tired of it

Why is it that exercise equipment has a weight limit? If your fat don't you need to exercise more than someone thin? No wonder we're a country of obese people, even if you wanted to exercise you couldn't find any exercise equipment that you wouldn't break!

My first day trying to get into shape was successful. My husband and I took the dog for a walk, something he normally would do without me. Now If I can justĀ keep the momentum going I think I'll might be able to do this.

I would just like to tell you that's a great start. If you find it harder to keep it up you should talk to someone that is going to through the same thing. I found when I was loosing weight it helped a lot when I would talk to someone else. Because once you get to a certain point in weight lose it will seem like you have just stopped but it's defiantly something you can get through with help. Good luck! And I hope you reach your goal. =)

You do not need exercise machines, or gyms, or a personal trainer, etc. Walking is fine. Just be consistent. Everything will come with time.
