I sat and enjoyed the beauty of the quietness
Upon that bench last night.
The birds flew by so close
So I could see the colors in their presents.
The breeze blew through my hair
Just like a warm and gentle day.
It could have been God's fingerprints
Gently touching across my face.
IĀ gazed upon that water
With its ever turning tides
And started to want that moment
More and more each day.
I decided to breath it in
And hold it close to me
So whenever the moment gets to much
I can close my eyes
And feel the touch upon my face
The air into my lungs.
The beauty of the moment
And know it can be again.
