One moment in time.
One moment to hold onto
Is it happy or sad
With hugs from the children
Or the kiss to the parents
Was the moment simple or hard
Protected or wide open
Will the moment be one to remember
Or one to forget
Did you say the words you wanted to
Or the things you knew you shouldn't.
One moment in time will start in a moment
And end just as quickly.
Is this moment one to worry about today or tomorrow
Or one that goes on by without a care in the world?
This moment is mine and I chose to spend it with you (whoever you are)
To enjoy this time together. |
