 My son...
I've watched him from a far
Not knowing who he is
But believing that son of mine
is perfect in his ways.

Of course he isn't perfect
He makes his fair mistakes
But now I seem him way up close
And I worry more than before.

For he needs his momma as he calls me
To love him all the time
And I have to tell you it's sometimes hard
When he treats me as he does

For two weeks ago I became afraid of him
For only a moment in time
But since that time I've been his champion
When no one's on his side

Now we have a plan for him
That he doesn't need to know
We have the team behind us now
That will help us on this road.

This is a scary place to be
To admit I need some help
But for the love of my sweet blue eyed boy
I'd move the mountians all again.
