How can the Easter Bunny annoy me?

This is a blog from yesterday, but for some reason part of it wouldn't show up, so here is the full version...I hope!

Of all the cute little iconic animals we use for a holiday, the bunny is the cutest. (in my opinion) It comes in many different colors, is so soft, and who can resist that cute little nose when its smelling?

Sooooooo, why must we dress the silly thing up for the holiday in a purple vest? Purple pants with stupid looking sequences up and down the legs. It has blush on its face and eye lashes so far up its forehead that i'm afraid it might get tangled up in the floppy ears, except that the ears are so pointy that I worry the metal wires inside might start an electical fire.

Then we force little children to visit this scary looking thing...sit on its lap...and smile for the camera. I admit that I was one of those parents today, but when i was watching those children in front of me, looking up at this hideous looking thing, and on the other side of the arena their funny looking parents trying to get them to "smile for mommy" "smile for the camera" "look over here" "watch the squeaky toy honey"

Then these are the same stupid parents that don't like the pictures so they want to take another one. By this time, the poor little child has had enough and are so ready to hop down off this fake bunny's lap.

But noooooo....."smile one more time sweetie."

So, the other thing that totally annoys me is how much those stupid pictures cost. $25 for a 5 X 7 are they kidding me? No wonder parents want good pictures...when it costs half a day's wages!

In year's past I have always been able to bring my own camera and take my own pictures. This year there is an annoying little sign up that says we respectively request you don't take your own pictures. AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! Who are they kidding? So not only am i pissed off about the bunny outfit, the line, the other parents, but now i don't even have a picture of my little darlings.

That is how one bunny can send me over the edge!!
