| Rasberries, poop, and boredom

Once again I spent my day with my 5 month old son switching between surfing the net (I updated my MYspace profile AGAIN, and took three surveys.......) and blowing rasberries on his pudgy little tummy. I enjoy the time I get with him, but it's just been so long since I've really gotten out of the house and Joey dosen't have much to say other than "mamamama and babababa". All day I look forward to Jacob coming home so we can play with Joey and maybe discuss our day, more his day than mine since he actually has a life, but lately between school and his truck he hasn't had much time for me and the lil one. When he gets home he is to tired to do much of anything, including have a conversation with me. I just get so lonely sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode. The few friends I have moved off and it's just me, Joey and my mom during the day, and my mother doesn't quite get some of the things I want to talk about (neat findings on the net, celebrity news, my view on politics seems unimportent to her). Most of our convos are about Joey's poop. I find myself talking about poop A LOT now that I'm a mother. I never knew that it's even an acceptable topic for the dinner table...who knew? Man, I really need to find some friends....kinda challenging in a town with a population of 1990 people with the majority of the town being: on drugs, super religious, too good for anyone else, two-faced, waaaay to old, or way to young. Guess I'll just have to suck it up and talk to myself some more....
 This is Joey, my son and best friend...

He is adorable. I have the same problem. Hubby is working in Sanibel Island (How beautiful it is there) he tells me, and I am stuck in a small town in a house with three boys (Bless them) they are the love of my life. But I would've enjoyed seeing Sanibel Island. Good thing I don't mind being home. I have no choice, I better like it or too bad. LOL Take care and Stay Safe.
