Why is George Bush a Hero in Africa?

Could it be that the over 15 billon dollars and numerous campaigns to fight AIDS and poverty there has saved millions of lives?

Wow!! Is Obama green with envy??
I mean don't get me wrong, President Bush messed up a lot, took some bad advice and made some bad decisions. But his has got to really irrate President Obama.

Washington said that the 2 party system would destroy the US and it seems he was right. Does that make him a prophet or just astute?
