 Scattered
I just want you to know that the immaculate lover within all of us is incredibly immature
The great lover is insecure
The secure man is responsible
But that is all
Sanity is elusive on a Wednesday
Fluttering numbers on a fuzzy screen
A sober girl works the room and the business world
Her drunken inverted self thinks of the mountain man
That manhandled her on cold nights
Something lovely is in my room
Responsibility is
Gambling on me
I remember a lovely woman who drank hard alcohol in Big Bear
She kissed me softly on the lips and then stared
She drank with me
She colored me humble and liked my
Napkin scrawled poetry
I think about her twice a year
Maybe more
She was a Party Angel
Sent for just for my inconsiderate night
A slightly bitter beauty whose element was undefined
