So Dance Valley definately was the one of the top 5 moments of my life!
The night before, we realized that age limit was 18 so we freaked out and stressed about it so much.. We got there and they didn't id us or anything! THANK GOD
There were about 40 000 people i think and it was the neatest thing
It was set up like a circus. There were a bunch of differnt stages set up in tents
There were people walking on stilts and there was a ferris wheel
We saw teh bloody beetroots and it was AMAZING!
Beers were super cheap--about two dollars- which is great for a music event since they are usually 6 dollars
Cheap beer led to getting drunk which led to getting ridiculous henna tattoos..
Since the beginning, I've always been the one with more brains out of the two of us..
This was proven when Kayli and I woke up in the morning with tattoos saying "HARD AS FUCK"
Mine was on my stomach where nobody can see.
Kaylis was on her forearm hahahaha
Note:They don't come off for usually a week
Anyways...It was very well organized. They had busses running back to Amsterdam every five minutes
The people were all really friendly, easy going and hilarious
Nobody smelled nearly as bad as the people in paris
According to the many people we talked to, the French aren't very well likedĀ
We were relieved to know we weren't the only ones that found them to be rude/unfriendly
We ended up going home at 10 since
We slept in really late the next day and woke up in tme to go explore the Red Light DIstrict at the best time
All I can say is WOW!
I imagined it to be some greasy place like the streets of Paris with dirty prostitutes crawling on poles
Some of the girls were stunningly beautiful!
There were live sex shows, numerous sex shops and tonsssss of men everywhere
There were also museums and some cafes stay open late
We didn;t go to any of them
But it was still a cool thing to experience just walking down the streets
Nobody tried to steal anything and the guys were giving compliments like usual but they didn't make me uncomfortable liek the Paris boys
Althought Amsterdam doesn't have as many well known structures as Paris, it;s a way nicer place
I defianely want to go back
Today we did a bit of shopping and got some souvenirs
I got Grandma J what she wanted :)
We've decided to go to Disneyland on Saturday !!!
I'm sooo excited since I've never been there
Tomorrow is the big celebration in Paris so we're gonna go out!!!
I'll write tomorrow or the next day
