 Most Inportant!
Santo Domingo,  South America.

Within the Dominican Republic the presidents of colombia, venezuela and ecucdor had agreed to end a bitter dispute. This was triggered by a colombian cross-border raid.

With the war in iraq we still have a conflict wihin our South American borders.  Why? this qusetion has tried to be answered so many time throughout so many decades.  It just might well be that things south of the border are just a hot bed of activety, this might come as a joke but I belive that it is not.  The  contries within South America have long been war torn with revoution!
Now with Castro out of power what is to become of Cuba!  Cuba might be headed for a major downfall in years to come.  Cuba might have had very good with Castro in power, now who knows?

We as a nation now have been precupied with our own war. That we have all but inored anything else that has transpired in resent years.  However South America still has problems and always will it seams.
The Presidents of Colombia have now called a truse to there conflict of what could be many conflicts of years gone by.  The Hot Bed down there may never die out along with it's violet past and posably future, and do we really care now that we have other dangers at our forfront?
