 Well...
It has been a week since my tummy tuck... had it done last wednesday at about 8:15 am.. It took 3 hours or so... Then recovery for a bit.. the first time I was aware of the time it was 1:30 pm..Pain.. well I have had some... I thought it was not as bad as my hernia surgeries... well this is true except when it comes time for my shower... I just have not had a good time with the showers... I was able to have my firstshower 2 days after surgery.. so i really think I fainted on johnny while sitting up in a chair, when he pulled the binder off..I guess with the pain, the being able to breath real deep, and just the feeling of the bin der being off, kinda sent me into slight shock... Now those of you who really know me.. knw this is just not me.. thst stuff just doesn't bother me really.. then i felt sick to my stomach, so we had to make it back to the bed and lay down.. buck necked... But it helped. !5, 20 min. later I had a wonderful warm shower... then yesterday.. I didn't take a pain pill thought maybe I would be ok without it... well let me tell you, not right before a shower.. I cried the whole time..It hurt like hell... But you know what.. My belly IS GONE!!!! I'm flat.. I am still walking like a 100 yr. old lady... But every day it is better and better.. I go in to the dr. tomorrow or Wed. and get my drain tubes out..And see what i will be allowed to do.. Johnny has not let me do sh--!!!!He has really found out that he does know how to run the washer, dryer, dish washer, he has been so patiant.. even when I have been scared and wigging out... He has spoiled me rotten..So I am looking so foward to all my swelling being gone.. to get a real feel of what I will look like.. I am keeping a picture log... I will post some soon...
