By the President of the United States of America
A Proclamation
Whereas, on the nineteenth day of February, in the year Two Thousand and Eight, a proclamation was issued by the President of the United States, containing among other things, the following, to wit:
“That on the nineteenth day of February, in the year two thousand and eight, the United States of America shall recognize Palestine as a sovereign and free State.”
“The Executive government shall afford full economic, political and military support to the newly formed State of Palestine. As Commander in Chief of the United States of America we will recognize and maintain the freedom asserted.”
“That the Executive will, on the nineteenth day of February, in the year Two Thousand and Eight, hold accountable, any state that shall be in conflict with the United States of America, or its allies, whether overtly or covertly, including those States that would harbor individuals or organizations that are.”
“From the above mentioned date, testimony and evidence deemed countervailing to the aforesaid conditions shall be conclusive evidence that the State is not in conflict with the United States of America, or its Allies.”
