Officetronics Totally Scammed Me.

was shocked to come across all these negative reviews about Officetronics since I had been a long time customer of Officetronics. I said oh why not so I ran the serial numbers of the Hewlett Packard Printers we had purchased from Officetronics and as all the reviews said the stuff we bought came up as refurbished without any warranty from Hewlett Packard. Very upset and pissed since now I am stuck with printers that I was told would be new and paid high prices thinking they were. Officetronics you guys are literally a scam website. I reported these guys to FTC and Attorney General already and seeing what kind of response I will be getting from them. I called Officetronics and they customer service people were rude and would hang up on me without warning. I do hope the owner Philip Kim is reading all these negative reviews because he is total scam artist. I will never ever do business with Officetronics. All I can recommend is that anyone who purchase from Officetronics to do what I did and verify what you got and see if you were many who go scammed like I did. If anyone has suggestions on how to do fix this let me know.
