THANK GOD FOR HEALING SARAH MOYER

On 8-7-2005, my daughter, SARAH MOYER was born full term, without complications or signs of bad health. She was a normal, healthy, full-term, baby girl. She was responsive, alert, made eye contact and smiled often. She had normal head control for a two month old infant. She had a good appetite without any feeding problems. She was gaining weight and growing normally. Sarah has three older siblings that were healthy children too; we are familiar with the signs of healthy children.

On 10-10-2005, the day of the vaccines that were administered by OHIO PEDIATRICS of Huber Heights, Ohio, about 4:30- 5:00pm, Sarah still had shown no signs of any health problems or illnesses. Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Rosencrawns recommended that I authorize the vaccinations at two months old. We felt reserved about allowing our daughter to be given five vaccines, but consented after the doctor again recommended her first round of shots, and we have three other children that have had their vaccines as well, without complications. All five vaccines were administered, which included: DTaP, HIB, IPV, HepB, and Prevnar. The doctor gave Sarah a dose of Tylenol to help with any discomfort that would result from the vaccines. The office didn’t detain us after the shots were given, we went on our way.

That night as we were going to bed, we tried to give Sarah a bottle of Similac Advance, but she would not take the bottle. She had eaten at the doctor’s office, so we put her to bed and figured she would wake us up to eat when she was hungry. She seemed a little gassy, but nothing out of the ordinary, no rashes or fever. She had been given Tylenol at the clinic, so this may have masked any fever at this time.

Very early in the morning, as I was up and about, I heard Sarah making noises. I instinctively knew something was wrong. She had a shaky whimper or grunting, which later turned high-pitched. She was breathing heavy and having intermittent jerky movements. Her forehead was hot to the touch, but Sarah was wet on her body, kind of clammy. She looked limp and didn’t respond to my comforting. Her skin color was very pale in the light. She had a lot of very watery, foul-smelling diarrhea. I immediately got my wife up and I rushed Sarah to Dayton Children Emergency Room, which was only 15 minutes from where we live. Rachel could not go to the hospital with us since it was very early and we had three other small children at home that needed her.

Upon arrival, Sarah was rushed right into a trauma room, and soon there after the ER doctors began C.P.R. She was given many medications and chest compressions to save her life. After they revived her, the doctors explained that Sarah had gone into Cardiac Arrest.

The enclosed papers show the medical records of the procedures and testing they performed on my daughter, Sarah. She was tested for Infectious Diseases, but all came out negative. This was not an issue with her reaction. One of the I.C.U. Doctors verbally came out and explained after all the testing and cultures had come back negative, that the cause of Sarah’s ordeal was most likely the vaccinations; however, I don’t think that this statement was documented. It was written that they did not know the cause of her reaction, but yet could not explain away that she had vaccines approximately 12 hours prior to this emergency.

On 3-15-2006, Sarah was seen again by Ohio Pediatrics for her checkup. She was seven months old at this time. My mother, Youngcha, and my wife, Rachel, took Sarah for her appointment. The doctors pressured Rachel into two additional vaccinations, by asking her, “What if the baby gets a disease like meningitis? How would you feel then?” Rachel then consented to the two shots. They were administered and sent home. That night, Sarah had additional seizure activity and difficulty breathing and was rushed to the emergency room. It nearly took her life again.

Sarah Bethany Moyer is now two and a half years old. She has problems with her vision and with focusing. She cannot sit, crawl or walk and is currently using a wheelchair. She has little head control. Sarah is still eating only slightly thickened liquids, which is a very slow process, due to swallowing problems. She is currently being weaned off the G-tube, although it is still in her stomach in case it is needed. She is still in diapers as well. My daughter does not get to play with her brothers and sister. She does not run with them, joke with them, or even fight as siblings do. Her life is drastically different as it should have been, only because we were doing what medical professionals told us to do.
