I think any time that students or teachers can get away from the hustle and bustle of school it is good. There are two kinds of vacations, one where you go do fun things, and one where you just sit back and relax. Both are nice to have. This past summer my wife and I took our daughter to Disneyland. She had a great time and it was a wonderful vacation, but it was somewhat stressful, as we had to make sure we made our flights on time, found the hotel, paid for our tickets to Disney, etc. Before our daughter was born, my wife and I took a trip to Jamaica for our honeymoon. That was a very relaxing trip as we were able to just sleep in if we wanted, hang out at the pool, or at the beach.
Vacations, no matter what kind they are, can be fun. |

| They are relaxing now that I'm a little older. When I went on Spring Break in college it was NOT relaxing at all!! I went to Daytona Beach, Panama City Beach and Cancun. It was like WORK drinking and partying so much. Damn I miss those working vacations............ |
