 Feb 8, Different

When you are in the workplace you will most definitely work with those who are very different than you. You will work with those who are from different backgrounds, different ethnicity, different socio-economic status and different life style. Why do differences in people evoke such strong emotion?

My point was that there will be things you disagree about with your co-workers. I think differences frighten us and we react with anger. How do you react when others are different from you?

I think there is such strong emotion between differences becuase the more you learn about someone and what they care about it. The more you care about them!
