When you have lost everything and you do not know what to do, the song says; YOU JUST STAND. Many times we ask the question WHY GOD IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?

Many times there is no earthly reason visable as to why. Many times what we need in that moment is simply encouragement. Every single thing here on earth is tempral. Money,cars,homes, planes, boats,etc etc. It is all stuff.

My question to all of you and myself is simply this:

WHAT DEFINES YOUR VALUE IN LIFE?

Here are some thoughts shared by Pastor Rick:

Those with the least lose the most.

When you lose do not be bitter. Bitterness will eat you alive like a cancer.

You have a choice to be miserable or not.

Bitternes serves no past, present, or future purpose but to destroy.

FAITH IS ACCEPTING THE REALITY AND NOT GETTING DOWN ABOUT IT!!! ouch!!!

IF YOU LIVE ON WHAT YOU LIVE FOR YOU ARE IN TROUBLE.

Disaster has a way of clarifying your vision.

He who dies with the most still dies!!!!!!!

Security comes from that which can not be taken from you.

So then the question is this: What do you have in your life right now that can't be taken from you? Once this is answered you will know where your value and heart are wrapped.

I have had many misplaced values in my life I know. When I look at it from that standpoint

I am thankful that I can say now that my value is in the Lord and not in a woman or in a

toxic relationship or in Money.

So if you asked the people in New Orleans if they could start over after losing everything most have been heard saying: As long as I have Jesus I can start over. CAN YOU?

HOW MUCH MORE SHOULD WE THEN BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT WE VALUE MOST?

CHRIST IS WHERE OUR VALUE NEEDS TO BE. IT IS A SAFE PLACE WHERE THEIVES,

MOTHS AND ex wives CAN'T CORRUPT.lol Sorry that just slipped out. THE battle is the Lord's.

 I am far from perfected in this area and that is why I am thankful for God's grace and mercy. Aren't you?
