| Changes = Anxiety |

Way back, I believed that being Virtuous is standing firm for what you have believed in. I remember when we had our Guidance and Counseling class, i was asked a question if i would give in and change something for somebody. I firmly said "NO". the discussion went on till i was the last to admit that i could perhaps change mind if i need to make a decision.
I do not say that i am now all grown-up. I just realized that change is inevitable. yes, whether we like it or not, we change. Change does not mean it is for the betterment. It may be the other way around. It is we who'd determine if that change will make or break us.
When i read phrases from books i love to read over and over again, those phrases give me different meaning. We are what we believe we are . We are what we believe we can be and what we can do. They have been right. Learning takes place outside of the four corners of the classroom. Though all actions may not be voluntary but Will triggers us to be who we want to be.
What happens when we defy things we thought should be? As per psychologists, in general, anxiety arises when things go beyond what we think are;when we are faced with a new experience and with consequences for every action done. Anxiety causes depression and this leads for people to alleviate the feeling of being anxious. And his is what i am doing.
Personal battle is always present which stirs the inside of us. I have been anxious. i have been perplexed of whichever is right and which is wrong. We know the difference of the two, the hard part is doing what should be.
