How long do we really have before our lives end? I was almost in a serious car accident this week and I know that I have so many things that I still want to accomplish before leaving this world. Luckily my car ended up in a large snow drift and there was no damage to the car, nor me and my roomate. But I consider all of the other possibilities; like the fact that I could have hit another car on my way towards the drift. There could have been a pole or sign that my car could have hit on the side of the road... Or if my car would have spun the other direction, it is very possible that I could have rolled it.  No matter what, I know that I have not done all that I am meant to do here. There is a reason that nothing bad happened to me in that car, and there are so many things that I need to be more appreciative of in life. I take for granted everything that can so easily be taken from me. I am a healthy 19 year old girl who is fully capable of recieving a college degree in the next two years. Hopefuly this event will make me appreciate life even more, and make me realize just how lucky I really am.
