| IS MY YOUNGEST AUTISTIC? PLS.HELP!!! |
|
I loved all my children. and im very proud of them. they've been very good children although we are not that financially stable.i cant give them all the luxuries in life, but at least i gave them the BEST in life-God fearing and simple living. My concern is my youngest. she is 4 years old now. but she cant still speak although she can say mama, papa sometimes, but im just wondering, is she autistic? because i noticed her being different with my other 5 children.my eldest said she is autistic.but after finding answers from the internet, i think my youngest is autistic but only mild. she sings, she dance, she fights back if hurt, and she is so funny at times.BUT SHE CANT TALK STRAIGHT. two weeks ago, i find her bringing my cellphone and as if she was using the video. i thought she was just playing. but when i get my phone from her, my gosh!!! the video is ON and she was videoing her sisters and brothers. lOl!!!! so is my daughter autistic? because sometimes, i find her weird....as if she has a third eye...she always points her finger to a certain place and was very afraid. i just calmed her down and hugged her tightly. i love her so much that i always remind my other children to love her forever for she is very special. my fifth child said, ?mama, how about us? are we not special?" i laughed and explained to him why our yougest is A SPECIAL CHILD.
at present, im just thinking that my youngest is like Albert Einstein. late in developing his being genius. Why i said so? because MY YOUNGEST WHICH I THINK IS MILD AUTISTIC, LOVES READING. SHE WILL READ EVERYTHING FROM MAGAZINES, NEWSPAPERS, BOOKS-OLD AND NEW, ETC...whenever i arrived from work, i have with me the day's newspaper, and something to eat for my youngest. but guess what? my youngest' set aside the food i brought for her but rather take the newspaper instead. She cant speak and naturally, she cant read. but the way she act, its as if she can read...from the front page up to the last page of the newspaper. and dont ever try to bring a magazine and not allow her to read, she will not stop crying until you hand-over her the magazine. my other children will sometimes hide their school books because they can never finished their assignments on time because our youngest will not return it if she is not yet finish reading. IS MY CHILD AUTISTIC? ONLY MILD? OR A LATE GENIUS"?
I scheduled myself to attend a local seminar on autism. it will be on the 9th of March, 2008. and i planned to study on SPECIAL EDUCATION to help my youngest as well as the other kids who experience the same.
