Basically, its about one's woman's (whos also an author on this subject) preparedness for an worst case-scenario. Don't worry she hopes it never happens, but she wants to be prepared just in case theres one. Have to say this is an interesting article because today's society is less prepared then the ones in the past for this or etc.
