I see truckers are planning a strike due to high fuel cost. I don’t blame them. This society is totally messed up right now. The wealthy are creating a bigger divide between them and the true “working” class. I say let them keep doing what they are doing. Then when the economy classes, that paper they have, with be virtually worthless. Then the people who actually contribute a purpose to society, farmers, laborers, and other get your hands dirty workers, will then have the wealth. The CEOs who make their millions by whatever they do, will be begging the farmers for food. Then it will be “little” America’s turn to put their food on the throat of greed and wield the power. I hope it doesn’t get to this point, but I fear that is the only way we, as a country, will learn. Material possessions are meaningless. The true meaning of an individual lies in their qualities as a person. We all want nice things, I’m not saying that is wrong, but we shouldn’t let it consume us.
