Our lives are the sum of all of the choices we make. Great blog!

Sounds like you are branching out a bit. It also sounds like you are becoming the person that you are wanting to be. I am really happy for you.

You guys will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry that you are facing this.

Heather, I am so sorry for your loss. It is so hard. I went through the same thing about a year and a half ago with my grandmother. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as you and your family sort things out.

So true! As long as there are tests in school, there will be praying kids.

I waited a long time for my husband. We met in December of 2004, and were married in July of 2006. You listed alot of great qualities, stick to the important ones, and don't settle for less than God's best for you.

Just be true to yourself. Determine what you want to be and become that person. If people don't like it, well then it is their problem. Don't ever accept someone labeling you, and don't try to live up to their expectations if it contradicts who you are. Stand firm and hang in there.

At 18, I wanted to be an elementary teacher, and now at 35, I am wanting to go to grad school and get my master's degree in counseling. It is not uncommon for you to choose a different career path once you have been working for a while. Just follow your heart, and you won't go wrong.

Wow. That is so amazing. Looking forward to reading the rest.
