Survey Answers
Well, if one has inside and intimate knowledge of the system, who's in it and how it works their answer will be greatly different than one who doesn't. I believe I have that insight.
You know the feelings out there about attornies, lets say it's grossly understated. Get the picture? Think judges are any different, where do they come from? How about the attorney review boards that are suppose to dicipline and remove dishonest and corrupt attornies/judges, think that really works? You know how the medical boards deal with incompetent doctors, same thing, State Supreme courts that discipline attornies are just as dysfuntional and corrupt. Getting the picture? You know the word is that there is no real justice, well for the average person, justice is bought, it's a game at best and who has the most money and can manipulate the best wins, that's why gov't officials rarely receive justice, only perks. best described as a 'just us' system. Pink Floyd said it best - 'Us and Them'. Freedom is just a swipe of your credit card away. The idea that an individual's life rests in the hands of a jury that are only allowed to view what evidence someone else decides can be shown is ludicrous. We're governed by people and entities that violate our laws at every turn, excuse themselves for the infractions, and keep right on violating those who placed them in office and pay their wages. And why are prisons called correction centers? Do any of us feel that the average inmate leaving a federal correction center t'day is 'corrected' and ready to return to society, a changed person (for the better)? C'mon - they're detention centers! Our judges are playing with sex toys while trying our cases, your defense team is based on your ability to pay - it's all a sham.
