The constitution are laws that governs the united states of america that was put in place to never be taken away from the american citizens. Regardless of what we do as american citizens our constitution rights shall never be revoked. So, why are xfelons denied their right to vote? If i'm convicted of a felony, pay my price to society, why am i denied my right to vote once my incarceration has expired? My right to vote shall never be revoked according to the constitution.

America you wrote it so, why shouldn't you honor it? Xfelons have no rights. The constitution give us rights to bare arms. Once convicted your rights to carry a fire arm is revoked. The constitution gave us the right to bare arms and that right according to the constitution shall never be revoked. So, why are they? If you are a convicted felon and somebody confront you with a gun and try to kill, rob, or cause you any harm and during that attempt  the robber drop his gun and start going for his knife he got stuck down his pants to stabb you. You as the victim see the chance to protect yourself and you go for the gun on the ground too shoot the robber whos charging toward you with his rusty, long blade to end your life, but before he do, you shoot him square in his chest killing him cold.  God knows it was either you are him and anybody can see that you had no choice to do what you done. You waist no time to call the police, because that's the right thing to do even though you are a convicted felon. You done the right thing. "WRONG!!!!!!!!!!"  wHAT YOU DONE IS GOING TO SEND YOU BACK TO PRISON FOR NO MORE THAN 15-25-OR 30 YEARS.

Even though you had no choice, even though you got over 100 witnesses to back your story up and  even the police got clear evidence from the store video camera that you had no choice but to kill the robber, that same police is going to take you to jail once he run your  name through the system and find out you are a convicted felon who is now a convicted felon inpossession of a fire arm. That my friend is a federal offense. You are going to be charged and booked on a federal level and subsequently, convicted for being a felon inpossession of a firearm sentenced to 25-30 years in federal prison. This is only one of the many things xfelons have to deal with. If you think for one minute that you can't become a xfelon, think again my friend. You wouldn't believe all the many federal law layed out waiting for you to trip over just one to take your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
