Well, I bought into MVBY today. It looked like a strong penny stock to me. I bought 10,869 shares...don't get too excited. It only cost me $25. I like penny stocks because people with even small amounts of money can invest. I bought in at $0.0023 and it closed today at $0.0023 after jumping around below my buy in price of course. My prospects dropped for this stock during the day today. I still think it's strong since it's been around over a year which isn't overly common in penny stocks, but I'd be happy with a $10 profit at this point. I do NOT like holding penny stocks. They're great for day trading, but I for one don't believe they're good long-term investments. You're on drugs if you think you're going to stumble on the next Wal-mart. I'm not saying it won't happen, but we're more likely to colonize Mars. (And pay for it.) The whole point of penny stocks is small gains adding up. I'm selling this particular stock at $0.00322 providing it gets that high. Bad trading day. But then again I saw Obama talking this morning so what could I expect. I'm not saying I think his policies suck on the markets, but there is an odd correlation between him speaking and markets dropping. If he wants to stimulate the economy I think the best thing he could do in the short-term is stay off the TV.
Ryles is alive and well! Last Wednesday they removed two bladder stones at Purdue University. One was the size of an egg and they other was about half the size of the other. I got extremely lucky and they were doing a study at the time and they went ahead and let her be on it so I got a break in the price. Today is the first day she's really been her bouncy self, but it's understandable. If you had a camera and basket shove up your urethra you'd be entitled to a few down days too.
First, I will say that I was dissapointed that President Obama did not apologize to Sgt. Crowley. However, I agree with him that race was an issue in the arrest and following response from himself and others. Just in the opposite direction he spoke of. It seems to me our President tried Crowley before he got the facts and that nephatism played a factor. Finally, I have to question what he has against white cops....or black and latino for that matter, as they also happened to be on the scene. He was dissapointed the issue took away attention from healthcare reform. Good. We don't NEED it. What we need is to balance the budget. I'm all for taking care of everyone and their brother when we HAVE the money to do it. We have the best healthcare system in the world, does it have problems? Sure. However, rarely have I seen the house burnt down because of a leaky sink. You want to know what will fix a large amount of the problem in my opinion? Securing our borders. We've got enough problems taking care of our own, let alone taking care of illegal immigrants. I would like to point out I'm all for legal immigrants.
