 Good Day from London!
Good Day Mates!  I am in London right now greatly enjoying myself.  I have seen so many cool sights and done some really cool things.  Yesterday I went to Buyckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abby, and the Houses of Parlament.  I also have seen the British Museum (the one with all the egyptian artifacts) and the Natural History Museum (the one with all the dinosours).  It has been really cool here and I am really enjoying myself.  However, with that said I am really looking forward to returning back to Paris.  I never thought I would say it but I really miss my appartment where everything is clean.  The one really apparent feature of london is how dirty it is.  The paint is pealing, the sidewalks are dirty, and the air is gloomy.  Im not complaning, its just that I prefer Paris to London.  Also whoever said that Londoners were nicer than Parisians must have been on some sort of drugs because I have never been bumped more than I have here.  Parisians seem to have a better understanding of personal space and must have a talent for manuvering (it must be because of their constant training woth the dog poo).  It seems that the US needs to do some major PR work because everyone here has major sterotypes of us and who the think we are.  I am a surfer (apparently all of California is a beach), and all the female members of our group are like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears (again because all americans are the same).  Anywho enough ranting, It is really nice here and there is so much to see and I would oneday like to come back here (not for a long time though, and not until I have a fortune to spend because it is rediculiously expensive).  I am doing well and I hope the same applys for all of you back in the states.  Cheers!

Four years ago, I have been in Reading and Blacknell for six month.

I think so too, England is very expensive every service.

So, I made all morning, lunch, dinner.
Because service used by person is very expensive.

I was shopping foods in myself.
Very economic!!

Hiya...its true, London is very expensive. And its true, there are some stereotyped views of what 'Americans' are like.

But I will say this - there is also a stereotype from all visitors that all of England is like London - its really not.

London exists in its own little bubble, the reality of England gets deeper the further north you get, cause its strange but the further up the country you go, the cheaper things are, and the more manners you will notice, because things are far more personal.

Life is harder in the north, jobs are scarcer and people pull together.

I have been to London and felt invisible, and been to Newcastle, or Liverpool and felt like part of the family with almost complete strangers.

I love London but couldn't spend more than a day there. I'm going to LIVE in Newcastle.

I would recommend anyone who visits England, if they can, to venture out of London as much as possible, to get a clearer view of the country as a whole.

Im glad on the whole you enjoyed your visit though! xxx
