i agree what kind of waste r u talking about? no one should hate the way they look though. try little changes in the way you look. like dien your hair or maybe kick back and get some crazy piercings! LOL! i think it doesnt matter what you look like on the outside everyone is beautiful or handsome on the inside in some way. don't worry about it.everyone goes threw the stage of not liking the way the look at some point in there life though. hope i helped atleast a little! good luck.

I just commented on someone elses blog asking the same thing. So I will tell you along the same lines as what I told her.
If you eat right, there is no waste to get rid of.
Exercise daily.
I struggle with anorexia and it tears you and everyone around you apart. Please don't ask for tips on "ana".
Lose this "waste" the healthy way.
