Excercise

`Hi All,

Today was a quite new day. Yesterday I had chatted with the Master who is a bit in control of the program i am following. It will time by time adjusted by his opinion to obey better in the future! I hope my behavior will be adjusted to become a slut with good behavior and not a slut who i am now without proper rules and a proper mindset. Off course it is done by some excercising. This is the part that i really don't like. The last time I had to remake the computer program and start over all again because i was mad on it. The madness became by me because he didn't count for the time I was putting effort in it. He punished me because I didn't do all the time, I did just 20min and i had to do 25min. Accounting for a total points of -75. I have only some of 77 by then so i stood narrowly at 0 points and couldn't do anythinb by then.

My Master said to me that i have to ad points to the program so he can help me a bit for good behavior. I don't know how i can realize in future, by then i will do everything according to the program the comming week. The first thing today i did was the exercise part. 25min of training my muscles in my room. After the time I really am worked out. I have to work out on myself because I have to be in a good shape for the program and i am not the one who decides about my shape so i am participating in doing all things of shaping my body. Push-ups, stretching legs, etc. My bones are a bit sored by now but i like very much off course....

Also this was my first day that i controlled a bit of my piss thing. Before pissing I went to the computer and asked permission for using the bathroom, he did and i could piss for some moments by then, thank you! I am learning a bit, I hope I can do it in future again.

Now my penis is becoming hard and my mind is aroused. So it is play time before bed i hope, first i have to chat somewhat around with some guys so I will be a bit controlled by them. I am thinking now of adjusting the program a bit. Lesser minus points for stupid behavior and lesser strict housekeeping assignments. Also more assignments to on cumming in a timeslot on yahoo conferences or something like that. For example, the program says to me:"slave, you have to start with jerking for 5 min. If you don't cum in these 5 min you have to write 200 times. I must obey and have to cum within 5 min".
