I am totally stress out now & I guess I am gonna collapse. This whole damn thing is driving me crazy & I do not know how to get myself out of it. I do not know how to release it & I don't know who I can ask for help. It is just helpless & I dont know what the hell I can do.

My brain and my mind is gonna blow up because loads of things are going on in there & it just keeps me away from sleeping. I almost tried to knock myself out somehow so I can get some sleep! Jesus Christ!
