| random thoughts on dreams and reality |

So have you ever gone through one of those phases where all you want to do is watch movies, because life seems to have no point at all. Cause when you're in the middle of a movie it almost feels like it's real and then you don't have to think about your own life you can kinda let someone else do the work while you sit there. And then after the movie is over it hits you that you're back to reality and for a breif moment you might be inspired but within 10 minutes or so your thoughts sink back to despair and you remember just how strangled all your dreams have become and just how impossible it seems to dig them up.
I have dreams, big ones. But the road there seems so long. The monotony and boredom of day to day lving seems to rob me of those feelings of: "anythings possible" leaving me doubtful and not really up to any kind of dream pursuing, and in my depression i watch another movie. My life feels like running on a tread mill, you do the same things over and over and at the end of the day your tired but you haven't gotten anywhere (ok maybe you've burndt some calories)
You know that feeling you get ussually late at night, after a movie, during the credit music, when you're chest feels like it's going to burst as the music peaks and the strings hit their ultimate highnote and it feels like you could fly just by pure will? How come we can't use that feeling to accomplish anything i mean...of cousre we can be inspired by feelings which can drive us pursue dreams but don't you wish that the power to feel was also the power to do. Like you could just feel everything so fully and with such force that you could shine or fly or blow up.
Do you think we have a destiny...one that was coming to us no matter what. I mean i know we can't just mooch off our parents waiting for our destiny but what if we had some role to play in the big pisture. What if we have one purpose that only we can accomplish...and what if we fail?
