My husband and I currently viewed a house for sale. We both love the house but we were not going to pursue the house. I found out yesterday that he put an offer on the house!! I had no idea and I found out only because his friend told me while we (my husband and his friend) were out for a drink.
I asked my husband why he didn't discuss this with me first, his reply "I did this for you". So I'm thinking he did not do this for me but for himself and were the hell is his considerationfor me? My only saving grace, the owners will refuse the offer.
