I was thinking about doing that myself as I have a bit of a sinus headache - I use pressure that some consider to be too much, but it really helps tight neck musles and stuff, esp real hot, and then I go cold for a sec at the end...sorry about your twelve hour shift. YUCK. HOpe your headache...

good thoughts. I do spend time in the word each day, and recently have been writing down in a journal two verses a day that stick out. Still, I feel that I am doing the bare minimum. I wait til i'm about to fall asleep, and barely eek out what i need to do. and as i turn out the light i think of...

Good luck with it, but I say don't be too hard on yourself. Intent does count for something, but it won't get one where she needs to be. I can relate to how you are feeling and have managed this year to push myself to do more and talk less. Speaking of which, I'm about to go for a walk/run which...

I actually lived there for six months and I LOVED, loved it. I could be wrong, but it seems like MUNI and BART were more for getting to and from the suburbs. I used the bus when I didn't just walk or take a cab.
