I was 8 years old when I got woken up by this loud crashing sound outside of my house. I jumped out of bed to see what was going on and when my family and I went outside we saw this car that was crashed into our telephone poles right in the front of our house. We all ran over there to see what happened and to make sure that the people were ok. When we got there, there was only one guy and he was lying on the ground holding his stomach and he could barely breathe. He had a friend in the car but his friend left him there and he ran home so that he wouldn't get into any trouble. We asked the guy why he hit the poles and he told us that he was getting chased by someone that did not like him at all and he didn't realize that he had to turn and he went head on into the poles. He asked my mom to call his mom and tell her that he needed to go to the hospital and she needed to go because he had just been in a car accident. She told his mom where we lived and his mom and dad rushed over. They were really mad at him for doing that but they were more scared that he could be really hurt. The ambulance got there and rushed him to the hospital and they found out that he had a punctured lung and that's why it was hard for him to breathe. They fixed it and he was out in a couple days but it was sad because the guy that was chasing him never got caught and never got in trouble.
