Continuation of Power of MInd(1)
Will power may have conquered everything. The will to see, the will to learn, the will to act, the will to take risk. Those wills we have are the objects of the power of mind to do certain action that satisty our inner most being and desire. The desire to achieve great accomplishments, the desire to be the same as the Creator "very high ambition". Possible?
Since the fall, people, perhaps I'm one of them asking what would life be to be graciously and continually accepting the fruit from the Tree of Life? Well just one of the many question that lingers in the Mind of every human. Surely, what humans have today are the results of the decision, the power of mind, which made a definite end to the obedience which was being subdued by the Power of Mind to make conscious decision and thereby dethroned the voice of the creator. Does it really a predestined act? if yes then what is that powerful force that eradicate entirely the character of being a subordinate, creature or the one that follows specific order from the most high. What makes Eve accepts the temptation of the Serpent? It was perhaps the disbelief of Adam words. Perhaps there might be some human intelligent that lingers into Eve's mind that led her to make such decision or it is just a snap decision that led to that specific act..for history, this must be the first and effective promotions of the item, in this case it was the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, that eventually satisfied the inner desire of the deceiver or the promoter, and on Eve's side it was the first attempt "successful" to destroy the submissiveness of female to male status.
This was a classic history indeed, yet some of us ignore the possibility and the consequences of that single action, or it is just we get used to the present living condition. That story remind us all that what we have today and what we are today are the result of that action.
History indeed tells us that even if we have dominion over all creature on this world, human still vulnerable to deception, that is in the presence of a much higher intelligence. The power to reject and accept reasons makes us become more sophisticated creature in this present world. Power of mind to reject and accept reasons and ideas are what separate us from all other creature on the face of this planet. The power of mind to influence(serpent), explore other opportunity(Eve) and willingness to take action for our love ones(Adam) , to mention a few, are what makes us powerful beyond what can we imagine. The power to influence that resulted many to act as one body and accomplish common goal. Explore opportunity and great endeavor that leads to scientific breakthrough and going beyond known human limits and ability. Willingness to take responsibility that resulted many to gain respect and recognition in their respective fields.
At the end, we might see that our mind that makes as powerful can have a significant effect to our failure. This very mind that leads us to many great victories are the same mind that could lead us to many defeats and discouragements. As we can declare today the disobedience of one brought us to the light of knowledge and advancement in human civilization for we are so thankful for such action yet without seeing the other side of the equation and failing to ask ourselves what if ? what if Eve did not give in to the deception? Are we still enjoying all these that we have today or greater rewards we have from the being obedient to the Creator?
The power that the mind can accomplish is so vast that right now we are reasoning and contemplating every situation possible from that classic history of the fall. The same power of mind that leads everyone to blame the very first man. The power of mind that leads us to question "what if?". The power of mind that makes us thankful that if the fall didn't happen we might not have the Knowledge that we have to today.
More research have been done today about the capacity and power of mind and few experiment seem to lead us that we are indeed in some way connected to the higher intelligent or other immeasurable resources.
