Well I can’t think of any word that describes Tita Marge for me… only one word and that’s amazing. Why? Maybe because besides the point that she always has an inspirational quote or something like that when I ask her for advice, be it about love or just plainly about love, she has a very wonderful love story… of course with her husband. It’s just something unique… I thought love is sweeter the second time best describes there story but she said it wasn’t because for her the best thing that describes there story is “no time, space, distance can ever separate you from the one person you love, it will only test its strength but you will always go back to that person if you are destined to be”, sweet right!

Yesterday she asked me to help her prepare for a surprise birthday part for Tito Fredie, she said that after ten years being separated to each other this would be again there his first birthday with her, and she wants it to be extra special for him. Sweet again right! She I think is the most hopeless romantic person I know, and she is the only person so far I know that didn’t stop loving someone despite the distance and there difference to each other. They got separated as in legally separated for ten years, before she said he was just too hard headed and doesn’t accept any reasons at all, he doesn’t know how to listen but despite of it she still loves him so much, that even when she was in the States and date other men, all she ever think about is her husband and misses all about him even the negative ones. That’s why she decided to go back here in the Philippines and thought to give it another chance hoping it might work this time. Surprisingly when they gave it a chance it worked, he promised to listen to her and compromise, talk things through. Amazing right! She keeps repeating yesterday when we where browsing the magazines for designs of the cakes she kept repeating that after 32 years of marriage she still falls in love with the same person all over again even when they where apart… she loves everything about him even his stubbornness.

Whenever I asked her for advice I always feels better after the talked with her, I guess the best one she told me when I was dealing with a break up is that “When you found the right person, the one that would love you completely, you would understand and realize why it didn’t work with the other person in your past.” My interpretation for this one “your past relationship are just pit stops of your life to make you stronger and prepare you for your destination”. She is so right about this… something that made me feel not to be bitter to the other person, yes I got hurt but after that feeling I’m stronger back in my feet and willing to fight again. She also tells me this when I’m dealing with difficult situations in life “Difficulty accept it as a challenge and tell yourself I’m ready for anything that life is going to give me” whenever I remember this it seems that I’m stronger and can take any challenge. The most recent thing she said to me which I think is really good also was that “Never hesitate to trust especially if it’s your partner… because a relationship without trust is just like a bomb waiting to explode”, if you can’t trust your partner its just better to give it up before hurting each other more. She is so amazing right! Tita Marge is one of the few persons I know that is very amazing and nice to talk to she seems to show that life is so easy even though its not and for that I give her a thumbs up on how she deals with life. Amazing really amazing!
