Most science disciplines produce believers. The only discipline which doesn't (although I know there are a few) produce many is biology. Once you delve into the workings of the universe at the macro and the micro level you begin to realise that it just couldn't have happened by random chance....

I don't think fasting is the answer. It's only torturing yourself. I would strongly suggest the S Diet. No Sweets, No Snacks and No seconds unless the day starts with the letter 'S'.
